Most Wraiths are harmless. The Agency cannot guarantee that they will refrain from following cats, watching storms, hiding keys, or staring into the void.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the unique nature of each adopted Wraith, all sales are final.
If your Wraith arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and we will work with you to make things right.
The Whiskers & Wraiths Adoption Agency cannot accept returns for:
Mild mischief
Excessive curiosity
Unexplained feelings of being watched
Missing keys
Déjà vu
Temporal inconsistencies
Incidents involving household cats
By completing an adoption, you acknowledge that your Wraith is a unique companion with its own personality and habits.
Wraith Shipping Information
Wraiths are carefully packaged and prepared for safe travel to their new homes.
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Once your adoption is processed, you will receive tracking information via email. Digital adoption certificates will be delivered separately after shipment.
Please note that Wraiths may require additional time to adjust to their new environment. This is normal and does not usually indicate haunting activity.
