Whiskers & Wraiths is a gothic storytelling studio founded by author K. Williams. Based in the Pacific Northwest, the studio creates immersive fiction worlds, eerie short fiction, reflective journals, and interactive narrative experiences rooted in atmospheric horror, cozy horror, folklore, grief, and the uncanny.

Its story universes include Echo Ridge (a haunted town where time bends to grief), This Summer Should Last Forever (nostalgia and loss), This Content Will Be Disturbing (tech-horror anthology), Thorne & Loam (haunted real estate case files), and the Fragment Library (collected dark thoughts).
Whiskers & Wraiths publishes across digital and physical formats and operates the Curiosities Shoppe, featuring artifacts and peculiar objects for readers drawn to the beautifully strange.

Whiskers & Wraiths isn’t about fear for fear’s sake, or darkness worn only as an aesthetic.
It’s about soft horror, cozy unease, and the kind of darkness that feels safe once your eyes adjust. If this sounds like somewhere that you might want to rest and stay for a while, then welcome.

As a writer, a storyteller, and lifelong lover of the strange, Whiskers & Wraiths comes from a place of loving the peaceful comforts of the night. This project grew from a desire to build spaces that feel grounding rather than overwhelming, and to create work that invites curiosity, reflection, and rest.

You’ll see pieces of me throughout this world, but the house itself is meant to belong to anyone who finds their way here.
